New Build

We engage with the Architects, Consultants, Developers and End Users who specify your products on New Build projects. Once a requirement is established we will schedule a qualified appointment to discuss your products specification.



On refurbishment schemes we schedule meetings with Public and Private Sector companies to discuss your product specifications. We will identify the CEOs, Capital Project Directors and Building Consultants who manage budgets for large property portfolios.


On all refurbishment appointments we obtain the answers to the Enhance ‘ART’ questions:-


Authority – Are they the decision maker and do they have a budget for any RMI work?


Requirement – Do they have property currently in need of refurbishment?


Timing – When are they looking for work to be completed?


This means that before attending a meeting you can be sure the decision maker has a requirement for your products, a budget and an idea of their timescales.


CPD Presentations

Whether your presentation is RIBA accredited or not, Enhance are experts at arranging CPD appointments with Architects, Consultants and other companies involved in the specification of your products.  Having built a database of CPD co-ordinators over the last 6 years we are ideally positioned to generate high levels of qualified presentations.  Following your CPD session we work closely with you to guarantee all attendees have a follow up call. This ensures you generate valuable product specifications from the practice on future schemes they are working on.
