Nexus Offices: Parcel One and Parcel Three

This scheme comprises two buildings that will include space for offices, restaurants and shops. The scheme will also include any associated parking, landscaping and access for the buildings.

The development will build upon the existing SECAmb building in Parcel 2 and according to the planning application, act as a catalyst for the development and upgrade of the surrounding area. This forms part of Crawley Borough Council’s plan to create a major employment area for the local community.

Parcel One will house L3, an international company looking to use the site as their UK HQ. They specialise in flight simulations and commercial airline pilot training and plan to build a 160,000 sq ft bespoke training facility on the site. The site will feature multiple flight simulations as well as office space for around 300 employees.

Parcel Three will consist of small scale retail, cafe and restaurant space.
